About

Services

We have two services- 9:00am and 10:45am. Make sure you get here early to have time to park, get inside the building, and check out the coffee bar before the service starts. Once you pull into the parking lot you’ll travel around to the back of the main building to find more parking and the entrance to the worship center. There are parking spaces next to the building for our guests. Please use one of the marked “visitor” spaces adjacent to the lobby. One of our greeters will meet you at the door of the lobby and welcome you to the church.

What to Expect When You Visit

Going to a new church can be a anxious experience. Some of us are returning to church after a long hiatus away. Some are coming to church for the first time. What will it be like? What is expected of me? Will they ask for my money? What should I wear? What will happen to my children? These are some of the concerns that I’m sure many people have when attending church again or for the first time. We want you to feel very welcome when you pull into the parking lot. You are our guest and we want to treat you like you are visiting our home. Here’s a heads up on a few things you can expect to see, feel and experience when you come to North Wake.

Please come as you are!

For Your Kids

For children 5 and under (including Kindergarten) there are classes designed to teach them basic Bible stories that will lead to greater understanding as they grow older. Grade school children may attend class during one of the services (they are encouraged to join their parents for the other hour of worship). We also have a class for special needs children called ICAN. The greeters will be happy to direct you to your children’s appropriate class. There’s also a program for your youth, as well (available during 9am hour).

Worship Service

Our services provide an opportunity to worship our great God through studying God’s Word, singing, and prayer. The ushers will give you a bulletin at the entrance of the worship center. This is not a concert, but rather a time for the church to celebrate God’s goodness together. The messages all come from the Bible and are taught in such a way as to show how they are relevant to our life today. We want North Wake to be a place where the unconvinced can come seeking answers. We have confidence that they’ll discover truth from what they hear and experience. Please do not feel obligated to participate in the offering as this is something we as members of North Wake do as an act of worship.

Adult Classes

We call them LifeChange and they meet at 9am and 10:45am. These classes provides great opportunities for getting to know one another, as well as, in-depth Bible study. Currently, we are studying through a series on evangelism and discipleship
